摘要 为了克服旋转机械转子动不平衡,提出一种基于经验模态分解与最小二乘法结合的提取方法,需要准确测量其不平衡振动信号。通过Matlab仿真与实验相结合的方式,能够准确地提取机床主轴不平衡振动信号的相位和幅值信息,实现机床主轴动平衡表明了该方法的可行性与优越性。 In order to overcome the unbalance of rotor motion in rotating machinery,an extraction method based on the combination of empirical mode decomposition and least square method is proposed,which needs to accurately measure the unbalance vibration signal.By means of Matlab simulation and experiment,the phase and amplitude information of unbalanced vibration signal of machine tool spindle can be accurately extracted,and the realization of dynamic balance of machine tool spindle shows the feasibility and superiority of this method.
