智能模具小镇背景下高职模具专业产教融合人才培养路径研究

摘要 通过对国内外关于小镇人才建设和高职模具人才培养路径的分析,找出存在的问题,提出了借鉴德国职业教育经验,以产教融合为主线,校企合作,精准对接模具智能小镇人才需求,共同构建协同育人机制的模具小镇人才培养路径。 Through the analysis of the talent construction of small towns and the training path of mold talents in Higher Vocational Colleges at home and abroad,the existing problems are found out.The talent training path of mold town is proposed to learn from German vocational education experience,take the integration of production and education as the main line,cooperate with schools and enterprises,accurately meet the talent demand of mold intelligent Town,and jointly build a collaborative education mechanism.
