摘要
针对环控系统用单向截止阀在密封性检测过程中截止功能失效的问题,以结构的工艺性作为重点研究对象,通过对密封副结构的密封面焊接变形、阀芯导向卡滞现象、硫化密封面外形的尺寸偏差等多方面进行了详细的分析,找出单向阀密封失效的原因,提出相应的改进措施,提升了产品的密封可靠性。
In view of the environmental control system with a one-way valve as functions in the process of sealing test,solve the problem of structural manufacturability as research object,through the seal structure of the sealing surface welding deformation,valve core guide card lag phenomenon,vulcanization sealing surface shape size deviation aspects has carried on the detailed analysis,find out the cause of the one-way valve seal failure,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,improve the sealing reliability of the product.
