摘要 对新型碳素材料绿色制造关键工艺智能控制系统的应用的分析,结果表明:利用新型碳素材料绿色制造关键工业智能控制系统的新模式应用,这样做是将传统工艺与现代人工智能相结合,利用数字化、模块化、智能化、自动化、大数据化等为手段,以计算机网络人工智能技术、物联网技术、大数据技术、信息安全技术等搭建成一套一体化平台,最后形成一种人少高效、经济运行流畅、制定安全等的新型碳素绿色制造关键工艺的工厂新模式。 The application of the intelligent control system for the key process of green manufacturing of new carbon materials is analyzed.The results show that the application of the new mode of intelligent control system for the key industry of green manufacturing of new carbon materials is to combine the traditional technology with modern artificial intelligence,and take the means of digitization,modularization,intellectualization,automation and big data as the means,and take the computer network man as the means Industrial intelligence technology,Internet of things technology,big data technology,information security technology,etc.will be built into an integrated platform.Finally,a new factory mode of new-type carbon green manufacturing key processes,such as less people,high efficiency,smooth economic operation and safety,will be formed.
