摘要
为准确掌握配备有三菱M80系统的机床在使用过程中出现的故障情况,根据三菱M80系统感应过载的工作原理,对运行过程中发生非正常碰撞过载现象,自动保存机床当时的操作状态、运行状态等信息进行分析,找出机床故障产生的原因,应用三菱M80数控加工中心伺服控制原理,设计锁定系统的PLC程序,实现触发报警、停机、锁定和截屏。能够实现在事后较准确掌握机床发生事故过程以及收集事故发生原始信息的目的。
In order to accurately grasp the failure of the machine tool equipped with Mitsubishi M80 system in the process of use,according to the working principle of induction overload of Mitsubishi M80 system,this paper analyzes the abnormal collision and overload phenomenon in the operation process,automatically saves the operation status and operation status of the machine tool at that time,finds out the causes of the machine failure,and applies Mitsubishi M80 CNC machining center servo Control principle,PLC program of locking system is designed to trigger alarm,stop,lock and screen capture.It can accurately grasp the process of the machine tool accident and collect the original information of the accident.
