摘要
目前,锌锭垛装车还仍以人工辅助装车为主,极其浪费人力资源且效率低下,还潜藏安全隐患;同时,人工装车凭借工人熟练度与经验,无法达到统一标准。采用S7-1200型号PLC为控制核心,智能化自动化其装车流程,设计一种基于PLC的桁架装车系统,可适应不同车型,极大提高了装车效率。通过实际运行验证了本系统的可行性。
At present,the loading of zinc ingots is still mainly assisted by human resources,which is a waste of human resources and low efficiency.At the same time,manual loading can not reach the uniform standard with the workers’proficiency and experience.S7-1200 PLC is adopted as the control core,and its loading process is intelligently automated.A truss loading system based on PLC is designed,which can adapt to different vehicle types and greatly improve loading efficiency.The feasibility of the system is verified by the actual operation.
