FCU Intelligent Detection System

针对现有的空调检测产线中出现的检测步骤繁琐、记录数据方式老旧、分析数据能力不足等问题,设计了一种智能检测系统:通过硬件系统和软件系统协调控制,实现了对于空调风机盘管的智能检测和对于检测数据的统计和动作控制。目前该系统已成功应用在广东某大型空调生产企业。

In view of the existing air conditioning testing in production line testing steps and trival,record the data of old,lacking the ability to analyze data,an intelligent detection system is designed,through the hardware system and software system coordinated control,realized for the intelligent detection of air conditioning fan coil and for detecting data statistics and motor control.At present,the system has been successfully applied in a large air conditioning production enterprise in Guangdong province.
