Objective:To explore the safety and effectiveness of nursing measures based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)for endometriosis women undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision. Methods:A total of 172 cases of endometriosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects. They were divided into ERAS group(82 cases)and control group(90 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the ERAS group were given the nursing measures based on the concept of ERAS,and patients in the control group were given the traditional nursing measures. The hospitalization time, surgical waiting time, satisfaction of postoperative pain control and nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results:The hospitalization time, time to ambulation, time to return to normal diet and time to anal exhaust in the ERAS group were all shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing service in the ERAS group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nursing measures based on the concept of ERAS can be safely applied to endometriosis surgery, which can significantly shorten hospitalization time, reduce the postoperative complications, and promote postoperative recovery.
