康复训练与健康指导对强直性脊柱炎患者术后加速康复的影响

Effects of rehabilitation training and health guidance on rapid postoperative rehabilitation of patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的:分析康复训练与健康指导对强直性脊柱炎患者术后加速康复的影响。方法:选取浙江大学医学院附属第一医院2019年1月至2020年1月诊断的强直性脊柱炎患者108例,将其分为观察组(n=57)和对照组(n=51),对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上采用联合康复训练与健康指导的干预措施,观察比较两组患者护理治疗后对疾病知识的认知程度、临床症状的变化情况、生活质量与疗效等指标。结果:观察组患者在护理治疗后对疾病知识的认知程度及生活质量等指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05),Bath强直性脊柱炎关节功能指数(Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index,BASFI)和Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数(Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index,BASDAI)评分明显降低,且明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者晨僵时间和枕墙距较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练联合健康指导可显著改善AS患者的术后加速康复,对脊柱关节炎的术后加速康复有着重要的参考价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation training and health guidance on the rapid recovery of patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:One hundred and eight patients with AS diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=57)and a control group(n=51).The control group adopts conventional treatment schemes,the observation group adopts intervention measures of combined rehabilitation training and health guidance based on the control group,and observes and compares the two groups of patients’knowledge of disease knowledge and clinical symptoms after nursing care.Indicators such as quality of life and efficacy.Results:After observation and treatment,the observation group’s knowledge of disease knowledge and quality of life indicators were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),BASFI and BASDAI scores were significantly reduced,and significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The morning stiffness and pillow wall distance of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the effect was better.Conclusions:Rehabilitation training combined with health guidance can significantly improve the postoperative rapid recovery of AS patients and has important reference value for the rapid postoperative recovery of spinal arthritis,and it is worth promoting.
