肝移植患者围术期的输血管理

Perioperative management of blood transfusion during liver transplantation

肝移植手术通过植入一个健康的肝脏到患者体内,使终末期肝病患者肝功能得到良好恢复,是晚期肝病唯一有效的治疗方法。肝移植患者围术期大量失血影响预后,针对相关危险因素,采取相应措施,术前充分准备血液制品,术中合理应用血液成分,纠正患者凝血功能,减少围术期大量输血,防止发生术后大出血及各种并发症,对保证肝移植患者的生存率,改善预后有重要意义。

Liver transplantation is the only effective method for the treatment to make patients with endstage liver disease.Liver function was well restored.For liver transplantation in patients with the related risk factors for perioperative blood loss,take corresponding measures,provide the safe,reasonable and effective treatment of blood component transfusion,reduce the perioperative blood transfusion in great quantities,prevent the occurrence of postoperative bleeding and various complications,to ensure the survival rate of patients with liver transplantation and improve prognosis.
