呼吸训练配合麦肯基力学疗法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察呼吸训练配合麦肯基力学疗法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1—12月绍兴市中心医院康复科就诊的NLBP患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,剔除中途退出及接受其他治疗影响本研究效应指标患者后,最终治疗组患者28例,对照组27例。对照组仅采用麦肯基力学疗法治疗,治疗组采用呼吸训练配合麦肯基力学疗法。每日治疗1次,每周5次,4周为1个疗程。治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)进行评价,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分较本组治疗前均显著降低(P<0.001),治疗组ODI评分较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.001);治疗组VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸训练结合麦肯基力学疗法可以减轻慢性NLBP患者的疼痛,改善其腰椎功能,缓解腰部肌肉的疲劳。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of respiratory training combined with McKenzie mechanics therapy on chronic nonspecific low back pain.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with McKenzie mechanics therapy,while the treatment group was treated with breathing training combined with McKenzie mechanics therapy.Treatment is once a day,5 times a week,and 4 weeks is a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)were used to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.001),the ODI scores of the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.001);the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Breathing training combined with Mckenzie mechanics therapy can alleviate the pain of patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain,improve their lumbar function,and relieve fatigue of lumbar muscles.
