高压氧联合早期临床护理干预对脊髓损伤患者下肢深静脉血栓的影响

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with early clinical nursing intervention on the deep venous thrombosis of patient with spinal cord injury

目的:探讨高压氧联合早期临床护理干预对脊髓损伤患者下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年10月嘉兴市第二医院康复医学中心住院并接受手术治疗的脊髓损伤患者共78例,对照组39例,观察组39例。对照组采取常规治疗护理,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上进行高压氧联合早期临床护理干预,比较住院期间患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、下肢肿痛的发生率、住院时间及双下肢血液流变学指标。结果:住院期间观察组下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、下肢肿痛的发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学指标,与治疗前比较改善明显(P<0.05),与对照组比较,改善显著(P<0.05)。结论:对脊髓损伤患者进行早期临床护理干预,同时配合高压氧治疗,可显著降低患者下肢深静脉血栓的形成,提高患者的运动能力,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with early clinical nursing intervention on the deep venous thrombosis of patient with spinal cord injury.Methods:78 patients with spinal cord injury were divided into a treatment group(n=39)and a control group(n=39).Both groups were treated with routine clinical nursing intervention,while the treatment group received hyperbaric oxygen,once a day,combined with early clinical nursing intervention,additionally.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,the incidence of swelling and pain of lower extremities,the length of hospitalization and the hemorheology indexes of lower extremities were tested during the hospitalization.Results:The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lower limb swelling and pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hemorheology index was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with early clinical nursing intervention can significantly reduce the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,improve the exercise ability of patients and shorten the length of hospital stay.
