复合微生物添加剂对奶公牛生产性能和血液指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of complex microbial additives on performance and blood parameters of milk bulls

摘要 为探讨复合微生物添加剂对奶公牛生产性能和血液指标的影响,选择性别(公牛)相同,品种相同(荷斯坦),体质量为(350±25) kg的奶公牛20头,按体质量随机分为2组,试验组和对照组。试验预饲期7 d,期间试验组每头牛复合微生物添加剂的添加量为80 g/d,对照组不添加任何添加剂。试验正试期55 d,饲喂方式及添加剂的使用与预饲期相同。每天精确记录采食量,并于试验开始和结束的清晨空腹测体质量,试验结束的清晨空腹采集静脉血进行相关血液指标的检测。结果表明:试验组干物质采食量比对照组提高2.74%(P<0.05),平均日增重比对照组提高28.95%(P<0.05),试验组料重比降低20.33%(P<0.01);虽然增加了添加剂成本,但是试验组每天每头的利润比对照组高出6.09元(P<0.01)。血液常规指标中,试验组总蛋白含量比对照组升高17.30%(P<0.01),其中白蛋白和球蛋白含量分别升高21.63%(P<0.01)和13.49%(P<0.05),但2组血液中白蛋白和球蛋白的比并无显著性差异;试验组与对照组间血液肝功指标中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及乳酸脱氢酶活性并无显著性差异;但试验组血液指标中碱性磷酸酶的活性比对照组提高39.41%(P<0.01),丙二醛含量比对照组降低31.68%(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶活性比对照组升高10.47%(P<0.01),过氧化氢酶活性比对照组降低20.11%(P<0.01)。 The purpose of this study was to study the effects of compound microbial additives on the performance and blood indexes of milk bulls.Twenty Houstains with the same sex(bulls),the same breed(Houstain) and the similar weight(350±25) kg were randomly divided into two groups according to their weight.One group was the experimental group and the other was the control group.During the pre-feeding period of 7 days,the additive amount of each bull in the test group was 80 g/d.No additives were added to the control group.The feeding mode and the use of additives as the same as the pre-feeding period.Feed intake was accurately recorded every day and weighed on an empty stomach at the beginning and end of the test.Venous blood was collected on an empty stomach at the end of the test.The results showed that the dry matter intake in the experimental group was 2.74%(P<0.05)higher than that in the control group.The average daily weight gain was 28.95%(P<0.05) higher than the control group.The material weight ratio of the test group decreased by 20.33%(P<0.01).Although the additive cost was increased,the profit per head per day in the experimental group was 6.09 yuan higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).In the blood routine indexes,the total protein content in the test group was 17.30%(P<0.01)higher than that in the control group.The albumin and globulin content increased by 21.63%(P<0.01)and 13.49%(P<0.05),respectively.However,there was no significant difference in blood albumin and globulin ratios between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the activities of alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxalacetic transferase and lactate dehydrogenase between the experimental group and the control group.However,the activity of alkaline phosphatase was 39.41%(P<0.01)higher than that of the control group.The malondialdehyde content in the blood of the test group was 31.68%(P<0.01)lower than that of the control group.The activity of superoxide dismutase was 10.47%(P<0.01)higher than that of the control group.Catalase activity was 20.11%(P<0.01)lower than the control group.
