摘要
近年来,食物过敏的发生率逐年攀升,牛奶、大豆等多种食物过敏原诱发的过敏反应严重威胁着人类及畜禽的健康及安全。过敏反应依赖于过敏效应细胞的活化及肠道菌群调控。国内外研究表明,氨基酸作为维持动物生长及细胞功能的必需营养物质,参与过敏效应细胞功能维持及过敏机体肠道菌群稳态的调控。现对氨基酸调控食物过敏的潜在机制及应用前景进行综述,旨在为今后通过氨基酸缓解人类及畜禽食物过敏的应用研究提供参考。
Recent years,the prevalence of food allergy has increased markedly.Food allergy induced by food allergen(egg,milk and soybean) threatens to the health of human and livestock.Anaphylactic reaction depends on the activation of effector cells and the maintaining of gut microbiota homeostasis.Amino acid,as essential nutrients for maintaining animal growth and cell function,could regulate the activation of effector cell and the maintaining of gut microbiota homeostasis.Referring to domestic and oversea researches,this paper reviewed the potential mechanism of amino acid in regulating good allergy,so as to provide a reference for further study in the application for amino acid in alleviation of food allergy in human and livestock.
