摘要
利用陶瓷粉末及液料制备增材制造陶瓷粉。采用常温硬化的方式进行成形,陶瓷粉末主要有锆英粉、碳化硅、刚玉、高铝土等,液料主要有热固性酚醛、硅酸盐溶液。研究了液料加入量对材料强度的影响。加入适当的烧结助剂有利于强度的提高,经过1400℃烧结后,样品的收缩率小于3%,烧结后的样品形状保持与烧结前的样品形状一样,并且具有一定的强度。
Ceramic powder for additive manufacturing was prepared by using ceramic powder and liquid material.The ceramic powder mainly includes zircon powder,silicon carbide,corundum,high alumina,etc.,and the liquid materials mainly consist of thermosetting phenolic resin and silicate solution.The effect of the addition amount of liquid material on the strength of the material was studied.After sintering at 1400℃,the shrinkage of the sample is less than 3%.The sintered sample remains the same in the shape as that before sintering,and has a certain strength.
