苦竹笋提取物抗氧化及抑制亚硝化活性研究 被引量:5

Antioxidant and Nitrosation Inhibitory Activity of Different Extracts from Pleioblastus Amarus

摘要 对苦竹笋不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化和抑制亚硝化活性进行比较研究。采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除法、2,2-联氮基-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐(2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulonic acid),ABTS)自由基清除法以及普鲁士蓝法,测定苦竹笋不同提取部位的体外抗氧化活性;在模拟人体胃液条件下,采用盐酸萘乙二胺法和α-萘胺法,测定苦竹笋不同提取部位的亚硝酸盐清除率和亚硝胺合成阻断率,评价苦竹笋的抑制亚硝化活性。结果显示,苦竹笋各提取部位均有一定的抗氧化和抑制亚硝化活性,其中乙酸乙酯部位抗氧化活性最强,水提取物抑制亚硝化活性最强,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。苦竹笋具有良好的抗氧化及抑制亚硝化活性,具有开发成为防癌抗衰老产品的潜在价值。 The antioxidant and nitrosation inhibition activities of different solvent extracts from Pleioblastus amarus were researched by comparative study.Different solvent extract from Pleioblastus amarus were evaluated by methods of the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging,2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid)(ABTS)free radical scavenging,and Prussian blue.In simulated conditions of human gastric juice,nitrate removal rate and blocking rate of nitrosamine of different solvent extracts were determined with the methods of hydrochloric acid naphthalene ethylene diamine andα-naphthylamine to evaluate its inhibitory effect on nitrosation reactions.Results showed that all the extracts of Pleioblastus amarus had good antioxidant activity,the ethyl acetate extract of Pleioblastus amarus had the highest antioxidant activity.The polar water extract has the strongest inhibition on ability nitrosation.The extracts of Pleioblastus amarus had strong antioxidant activity and nitrosation inhibition effect,and can be most potentially developed as a new anti-cancer functional food.
