复合维生素B中VB1的近红外快速检测与定量分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 以13种复合维生素B药品、10种B族维生素保健品为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱外标法测定结果为标准,近红外分析技术结合偏最小二乘法,分别建立了复合维生素B药品中VB1含量的定量分析模型(模型1)和B族维生素保健品中VB1含量的定量分析模型(模型2)。用模型1检测复合维生素B药品中VB1的含量,预测结果:绝对误差在—0.22%~0.21%,相对误差在—5.82%~5.34%;用模型2检测B族维生素保健品中VB1的含量,预测结果:绝对误差在—0.0841%~0.1128%,相对误差在—3.543%~5.643%。建立了一种快速检测复合维生素B中VB1含量的新方法。 Taking 13 compound vitamin B medicines and 10 B vitamin health products as the research object,using measure results by high performance liquid chromatography external standard method as the standard,near infrared analysis technology combined with partial least squares method,respectively established the compound vitamin B medicines quantitative analysis model of VB1 content(model 1)and quantitative analysis model of VB1 content in B vitamin health products(model 2).The model 1 was used to detect the content of VB1 in the compound vitamin B drugs.The prediction result:the absolute error was between—0.22%and 0.21%,and the relative error was between—5.82%and 5.34%.Model 2 was used to detect the content of VB1 in B vitamin health products.The prediction result:the absolute error was between—0.0841%and 0.1128%,and the relative error was between—3.543%and 5.643%.A new method for quickly detecting the content of VB1 in multivitamin B was established.
