保健食品中氨基葡萄糖类化合物的含量测定 被引量:3

摘要 建立了保健食品中氨基葡萄糖类化合物含量测定的高效液相色谱法。采用Polaris 5 NH2色谱柱,流动相为乙腈:水(70:30,v/v),流速为0.8 mL/min,检测器为二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为192 nm。结果表明,盐酸氨基葡萄糖浓度在0.2~1.0 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9996;检出限为0.04 mg/mL,定量限为0.12 mg/mL;平均加标回收率97.21%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.67%。硫酸氨基葡萄糖浓度在0.2~1.0 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9985;检出限为0.05 mg/mL,定量限为0.15 mg/mL;平均加标回收率93.28%,RSD为2.90%。该方法简便快捷、重复性好,适用于保健食品中氨基葡萄糖类化合物的含量测定。 A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for determination of glucosamine in health food was developed.The separation of analyte was performed on a Polaris 5 NH2 column with acetonitrile and water(70:30)as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The detector is diode array detector with detection wavelength of 192 nm.The results showed the calibration curve was linear over glucosamine hydrochloride concentration in the range of 0.2~1.0 mg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996.The limit of detection(LOD)of glucosamine hydrochloride was 0.04 mg/mL,and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 0.12 mg/mL.The average recovery was 97.21%with RSD of 1.67%.As to glucosamine sulfate,the calibration curve was linear over the concentration in the range of 0.2~1.0 mg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9985.The LOD and LOQ of glucosamine sulfate were 0.05 mg/mL and 0.15 mg/mL respectively.The average recovery was 93.28%with RSD of 2.90%.This method is simple,reproducible,and is suitable for the determination of glucosamine in healthy food.
