摘要
通过共价结合将米赫根毛霉脂肪酶(Rhizomucor miehei lipase,RML)固定于具有大量氨基功能化的树枝状分子PAMAM修饰的磁性碳纳米管(m-MWCNTs-G3)表面.并将该固定化酶用于制备生物柴油.实验结果表明,在最佳条件下,生物柴油的转化率达到94%.此外,10次循环使用后转化率没有明显下降,说明固定化RML作为生物柴油催化剂具有较高的稳定性和良好的操作重复性.
Through covalent nond binding,the Rhizomucor miehei lipase(RML)was immobilized on the surface of magnetic carbon nanotubes(m-MWCNTs-G3)modified by the dendrimer PAMAM with a large amount of amino functionalization.The immobilized enzyme was used to prepare biodiesel.The results showed that the conversion rate of biodiesal was 94%under optimal condition.In addition,the conversion rate did not decrease significantly after 10 cycles,indicating that the immobilized RML as a catalyst has high stability and good operation repeatability.
