“互联网+义务教育”的原生障碍和应对措施研究

摘要 "互联网+义务教育"模式大大促进了教育资源传播的便捷化,但"互联网+义务教育"的原生性障碍依然存在.教育资源的分配依然受社会经济发展水平、政府教育资源分配方式、家庭教育环境、学校教育水平等原生性条件影响.因此,需从政府、学校、家庭、社会和学生自身等方面加强协作共建.通过优化政策供给,加快义务教育阶段体系变革,改善弱势环境下青少年的发展条件,凝聚社会力量发挥互联网合力等措施,推动"互联网+义务教育"供给侧公平化改革,实现教育资源的再平衡. The"Internet+compulsory education"mode has greatly promoted the facilitation of educational resources dissemination,but the"Internet+compulsory education"still has its primordial obstacles.The distribution of educational resources is still affected by the original conditions such as the level of social and economic development,the mode of government education resources distribution,family education environment,school education level and so on.Therefore,we need to strengthen cooperation among the government,schools,families,society and students themselves,and optimize the policy supply,accelerate the system reform of compulsory education,improve the development conditions of young people under the vulnerable environment,and unite the social forces to exert the resultant force of the Internet,so as to promote the supply side equity reform in"Internet+compulsory education"and achieve the rebalance of educational resources.
