基于建构主义理论的雨课堂结合对分课堂教学模式在《中医护理学》教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨基于建构主义理论的“雨课堂+对分课堂”教学模式在《中医护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法2019年10月,选取扬州大学护理学院2个班的学生为研究对象。其中对照组(A班,56人)采用“雨课堂”授课;观察组(B班,56人)采用基于建构主义理论的“雨课堂+对分课堂”教学方式授课。授课科目均为《中医护理学》,4周理论课结束后进行闭卷考试,并发放课程评价问卷。课程开始前、结束后均采用自主学习能力量表及自我效能量表对两组学生进行调查。结果观察组学生的理论考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),对课程的评价更高(P<0.05),自主学习能力及自我效能也均高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论基于建构主义理论的“雨课堂+对分课堂”教学模式能够有效提高学生的自主学习能力和自我效能,提升学习成绩。 Objective To explore the effect of application of“Rain Classroom+PAD Class”based on constructivism theory in in the teaching of“Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing”.Methods A total of 128 students from Class A(56 cases)and Class B(56 cases)in Nursing School of Yangzhou University were randomly divided into observation group(Class A)and control group(Class B)in October 2019.The observation group received“Rain Classroom+PAD Class”teaching,while the control group received“Rain Classroom Class”teaching.After 4 weeks of theoretical lessons(Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine).Final examination was conducted and a curriculum evaluation questionnaire was issued.The two groups of students were investigated by the autonomous ability scale and the self-efficacy scale before and after the course.Results The examination scores of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the autonomous learning ability and self-efficacy were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and their satisfaction with the course was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The“Rain Classroom+PAD Class”teaching model based on constructivism theory can enhance students'autonomous learning ability and self-efficacy effectively,and improve their academic performance as well.
