以跨理论模型为基础的水盐摄入干预应用于腹膜透析患儿中的效果分析

Effect analysis of water and salt intake intervention based on trans-theoretical model in children receiving peritoneal dialysis

目的研究以跨理论模型为基础的水盐摄入干预应用于腹膜透析患儿中的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年2月于青岛大学附属医院行腹膜透析的患儿62例作为研究对象,按简单随机化法分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)。对照组予常规透析干预,观察组除常规干预外还予以跨理论模型为基础的水盐摄入干预,比较两组患儿水肿情况、容量控制情况。结果干预6个月后评估显示,观察组患儿水肿发生率(61.29%)低于对照组(87.10%)(P<0.05);超滤量及收缩压也低于对照组(均P<0.05),两组患儿的舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用以跨理论模型为基础的水盐摄入干预可减轻腹膜透析患儿水肿及收缩压波动,有效改善容量控制情况。

Objective To study the effect of water and salt intake intervention based on trans-theoretical model in children receiving peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 62 children who underwent peritoneal dialysis in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from October 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases)randomly,The patients in control group were given routine dialysis intervention.And the patients in observation group were treated with a cross-theoretical model-based water and salt intake intervention based on routine intervention.The incidence of edema and volume control of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of intervention,the incidence of edema in observation group(61.29%)was lower than that of control group(87.10%)(P<0.05).The ultrafiltration volume and systolic blood pressure were also lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups of children(P>0.05).Conclusions The intervention of water and salt intaking based on a cross-theoretical model can reduce the incidence of edema and systolic blood pressure fluctuations in children with peritoneal dialysis which improves volume control effectively.
