中国国土空间用途管制研究的源起、演进、热点与展望——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Origin,Evolution,Hotspot and Prospect of the Research on Territorial Space Use Control in China——Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

以"土地用途管制"或"国土空间用途管制"等为关键词在中国知网进行主题检索,共获取645篇有效样本文献,并借助CiteSpace软件对样本文献进行了可视化分析,探讨国土空间用途管制的源起、演进、热点与展望。结果表明:①作者和机构合作紧密度有较大提升空间。②样本文献关键词分为5个聚类,分布集中,研究内容整体性强。③相关研究分为前期起步、中期发展和后期过渡阶段,主要集中在制度完善和演进历程等方面。我国目前已实现由单要素管制到全域、全类型国土空间用途管制的转型,亟待构建集国土空间开发许可、用途变更审批、利用监管于一体的制度体系和技术保障体系。

This paper obtained 645 valid sample literature on the theme of"land use control"or"land space use control"or"zoning control"or"planning control"in China National Knowledge Infrasturcture(CNKI).Based on the CiteSpace visual analysis,this paper discussed the origin,evolution,hotspot and prospect of the research on territorial space use control in China.The results showed that:①The close cooperation between the author and the institution needed to be further improved.②The key words of the sample literature could be divided into five clusters,and they were centralized distribution and strong integrity of the research content.③The research in the field of territorial space use control could be divided into the initial stage,the mid-term development stage and the late transition stage,and the relevant research mainly focused on the system improvement,technical support,evolution process,contradiction analysis and other aspects.In conclusion,China has realized the transformation from single factor control to whole-area and whole-type land space use control,and it is urgent to build an institutional system and technical guarantee system integrating territorial space development license,usage change approval and utilization supervision.
