摘要
大数据技术在教师培养中扮演了越来越重要的作用,而对卓越教师培养路径的研究正从理论、概念层面逐步延伸至建模分析与数据应用层面。基于大数据的卓越教师培养路径,强调以教师为中心,以精准化共享的模式为手段,通过挖掘教师教学、工作过程中所产生的巨量数据,分析研判教师教学的习惯和规律,为教学设计提供数据化支持,为教师成长提供教学资源和个性化路径,并为教师教学决策提供数据支撑与教学评判的实证。
Big data technology plays an increasingly important role in teacher training,and the research on the training path of excellent teachers is gradually extending from the theoretical and conceptual level to the modeling analysis and data application level.Training path of excellent teachers based on big data emphasizes teacher-centered,by means of precise sharing mode,by mining the huge amount of data produced in the process of teaching and working,analyzes and judges teaching habits and rules of teachers,provides data support for instructional design,provides teaching resources and personalized path for teachers’growth,and also provides data support and teaching evaluation for teachers’teaching decision-making.
