摘要
基于新师范视角,重新审视学前教育专业实训室工作职能,分析高校学前教育专业基础技能实训室、教育技能实训室和艺术技能实训室等三种不同类型实训室及其结构特征,剖析学前教育专业实训室建设、管理和利用中存在的重规模轻绩效、管理粗放等不足,从投入、过程、直接产出、间接产出四个方面探讨新师范视角下学前教育专业实训室绩效评估体系的构建,并提出学前教育专业实训室绩效评估要注意的问题,以此积极发挥实训室作用,提升实训室使用绩效。
Based on new normal perspective,this paper reexamines the function of preschool education training room,and analyzes three different types of training rooms and their structural characteristics,including basic skills training room,educational skills training room and art skills training room.This paper offers analysis of preschool education training room construction,management and utilization of the deficiencies,such as emphasizing scale and neglecting performance,extensive management and so on.From four aspects of input,process,direct output and indirect output,this paper discusses the construction of performance evaluation system of preschool education training room from new normal perspective.And,it puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the performance evaluation of preschool education training room in order to actively play the role of training room and improve the use of training room performance.
