摘要
本研究抽取浙江省杭州市xxx学院的285名学生,进行高职学前教育专业学生自主学习能力的调查和研究。结果显示:1.高职学前教育专业学生自主学习能力的总体水平有待提高。2.自主学习动机中注重内在目标,但自我效能感偏弱。3.自主学习策略中学习计划和学习评价偏弱。并据此提出提高自主学习在高职学前教育专业人才培养中的地位、提升学生自我管理能力以培养学生的自主学习观、优化教学方法以促进学生自主学习能力发展的具体对策。
This study selects 285 students of one higher vocational college in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang Province to investigate and study the self-regulated learning ability of students majoring in preschool education.The results show that:the overall level of students’self-regulated learning ability needs to be improved;in terms of motivation of self-regulated learning,students pay attention to internal goals and the sense of self-efficacy is weak;students are weak in learning plan and evaluation in terms of self-regulated learning strategies.Based on the investigation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the status of self-regulated learning in the talent training scheme of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,cultivate students’self-learning belief by enhancing the students’self-management ability,optimize teaching methods to promote the development of students’self-regulated learning ability.
