摘要
"和"是中华传统文化之核心理念,中华文化是建立在"和"之思想基础上的一种文化体系。"和"文化强调事物的相互对立与统一的关系,认为事物是相互影响的。中国古代饮食烹饪器具的发生与发展受到文化、科技、审美及艺术等诸多方面的影响;同时,中国古代饮食烹饪器具也对文化的传承与推广、科技的发展、审美及艺术的起源与教育普及等起到了推进作用。中国古代饮食烹饪器具中所蕴含的深刻而丰富的"和"文化内涵,值得人们对此作进一步的探究。
"Harmony" culture is the core idea of Chinese traditional culture. The Chinese culture is a kind of culture system based on the "Harmony" culture. "Harmony" culture emphasizes the relationship between opposites and unity of things, and holds that things influence each other. The occurrence and development of ancient Chinese cooking utensils are influenced by culture, science and technology, aesthetics and art. At the same time, ancient Chinese cooking utensils also promote the inheritance and popularization of culture, the development of science and technology, the origin of aesthetics and art and the popularization of education. The profound and rich cultural connotation of "harmony" contained in ancient Chinese cooking utensils is worthy of further exploration.
