Pharmaceutical Care of Clinical Pharmacist for the Anti-infection Treatment of a Child with Recurrent Fever after Knife Injury

临床药师在1例刀刺伤术后反复发热患儿抗感染治疗过程中,多次会诊协助医生鉴别患儿反复发热中药物影响因素,鉴别药物不良反应,通过专业技能为临床提供优化的抗感染治疗方案,最终抗感染治疗有效,患儿发热解除,避免了二次手术,治愈出院,临床药师参与临床治疗并为患者实施药学监护可提高药物治疗的安全性、有效性和经济性。

During the anti-infection treatment of one patient with recurrent fever after knife injury,clinical pharmacist assisted doctors with multiple consultations to identify the drug influencing factors in the recurrent fever and the adverse drug reactions,and through professional skills,clinical pharmacist provided optimized anti-infection treatment plan for clinic.The anti-infection treatment was effective,and the fever was relieved,the second operation was avoided,and the patient was cured and discharged from hospital.It can be seen that the participation of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment and the implementation of pharmaceutical care for patients can improve safety,effectiveness and economy of drug therapy.
