新型冠状病毒疫情下武汉雷神山医院药品供应保障实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Drug Supply Guarantee in Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital under the Condition of Corona Virus Disease 2019 Epidemic

目的:分享新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下武汉雷神山医院药品供应保障的实践与经验,为医疗机构应对突发重大公共卫生事件提供参考。方法:从药房区域划分、药品供应与调剂、药品保管、消毒制剂管理,人员培训以及特殊管理药品信息化调剂等方面总结雷神山医院药学部门在COVID-19疫情下的药品供应保障情况。结果:根据防控要求对药库进行区域划分,不同区域执行有区别的消毒管理;对上岗人员进行防控知识培训,截止雷神山医院闭院,药学部门"0"感染;保障药品持续供应,并做好药品的保管工作,根据病区药物治疗情况积极调整药品供应目录,满足病区用药需求;提供消毒制剂的供应,并指导使用和储存;创新特殊管理药品无纸化调剂方式,减少人员接触。结论:雷神山医院药品供应保障工作是专业性极强、涉及范围极广的复杂性工作,雷神山医院药学部门在做好自身防控的情况下积极调整、创造、创新,制定出了一系列适合疫情防控的药品供应保障策略,并充分发挥药学人员的职责打赢了这场疫情防控战。

Objective:To share the practice and experience of drug supply assurance in Wuhan Leishenshan hospital under the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,and to provide reference for the other medical institutions to respond to major public health emergencies in the future.Methods:The situation of drug supply guarantee in the pharmacy department of Leishenshan hospital under the COVID-19 outbreak was summarized in terms of drug storage area division,drug supply and dispensing,drug storage,management of disinfection preparations,personnel training and information dispensing of specially managed drugs.Results:According to the requirements of prevention and control,the drug storehouse was divided into different regions,and the different areas were carried out different disinfection managements.The staff were trained about prevention and control knowledge.By the time the hospital was closed,the pharmacy department was zero infected.To ensure the continuous supply of drugs,and do a good job in the storage of drugs,according to the drug treatment situation,the drug supply list in the ward was actively adjusted to meet the needs of the ward;antiseptic agents were provided and their use and storage were guided;the paperless dispensing method of special management drugs was innovated to reduce personnel contact.Conclusion:The drug supply guarantee work in Leishenshan hospital is highly professional,and it is a complex task involving a wide range of activities.The pharmacy department of Leishenshan hospital was actively adjusted,and created and innovated a series of drug supply guarantee strategies suitable for epidemic prevention and control,and fully played the role of pharmacy personnel to win the epidemic prevention and control war.
