摘要
自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)以桥本甲状腺炎(HT)和Graves病(GD)最为常见,常伴有抗甲状腺抗体阳性,本文综述了抗甲状腺抗体的基本特征及其在AITD免疫过程及诊断中的作用。
Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT)and Graves’disease(GD)are the most common autoimmune thyroid diseases(AITD),which are often accompanied by positive antithyroid antibodies.This paper reviewed the basic characteristics of antithyroid antibody and its role in AITD immune process and diagnosis.
