纹理分析在脑膜瘤中的应用及研究进展

摘要 脑膜瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的非神经上皮来源的颅脑肿瘤,病理分型多,不同类型之间治疗方法不同,部分分型术后复发率及病死率较高。纹理分析可无创获取肿瘤的异质性,用于脑膜瘤术前分级、鉴别诊断、图像分割及预后评估等,为脑膜瘤患者诊治提供客观依据。本文就纹理分析概念及其在脑膜瘤诊治中的应用进行综述。 Meningioma is the most common non-neuroepithelial Cerebral tumor in the central nervous system.It has many pathological types and different treatment methods among different types.The postoperative recurrence rate and mortality of some types are high.Radiomics can obtain tumor heterogeneity noninvasively,It is used for preoperative classification,differential diagnosis,image segmentation and prognosis assessment of meningioma,providing objective basis for diagnosis and treatment of meningioma patients.This paper reviews the concept of Texture analysis and its application in the diagnosis and treatment of meningioma.
