乳腺癌磁共振动态增强检查与其预后因子相关性的研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是全世界50岁以下妇女与癌症相关死亡的主要原因,磁共振动态增强(dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI DCE-MRI)是一种检测、诊断和治疗乳腺癌的前瞻性方法,更好地显示病灶的形态学、强化方式及血流动力学特征。免疫组化指标亦是乳腺癌重要的预后因子。通过研究DCE-MRI与预后因子的相关性,为乳腺癌患者更好的诊断和治疗提供足够的信息。 Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in women under 50 years of age in the world.Dynamic contrast enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)is a prospective method to detect,diagnose and treat breast cancer,which can better display the morphology,enhancement mode and hemodynamic characteristics of breast cancer.Immunohistochemistry index is also an important prognostic factor for breast cancer.By studying the correlation between DCE-MRI and prognostic factors,we can provide sufficient information for better diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
