摘要
目的:比较CT与1.5T磁共振诊断胶质瘤的效果。方法:对我院收治的疑似102例脑胶质瘤患者作为研究对象,患者入院时间为2018年10月-2020年3月,所有患者均接受了CT与1.5T磁共振扫描。以手术病理学检测结果为“金标准”,比较两种检查方式的检出率、灵敏度与特异性。结果:1.5T磁共振诊断准确率、灵敏度与特异性均高于CT检查,且1.5T磁共振检查低级别与高级别脑胶质瘤检出率均显著高于CT检查,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:CT与1.5T磁共振都可以作为脑胶质瘤的诊断依据,但1.5T磁共振检查准确率、灵敏度与特异性较高,是更为理想的诊断方式,其诊断价值更高。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of CT and 1.5T magnetic resonance in diagnosing glioma.Methods 102 suspected glioma patients admitted to our hospital were taken as the research object.The patients were admitted from October 2018 to March 2020.All patients underwent CT and 1.5T magnetic resonance scanning.Taking the results of surgical pathology as the"gold standard",the detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of the two examination methods were compared.Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of 1.5T magnetic resonance diagnosis were higher than those of CT examination,and the detection rate of low-grade and high-grade gliomas of 1.5T magnetic resonance examination were significantly higher than that of CT examination,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Both CT and 1.5T magnetic resonance can be used as the basis for the diagnosis of gliomas,but 1.5T magnetic resonance examination has higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,which is a more ideal diagnostic method and has higher diagnostic value.
