Comparison of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of occult lumbar fracture

目的:对比MRI与CT诊断隐匿性腰椎骨折的应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年6月—2020年6月诊治的88例隐匿性腰椎骨折患者开展本次试验研究,选取随机数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和研究组两组,各44例。参照组给予CT检查,研究组给予MRI检查,比较两组诊断效果。结果:与参照组阳性检出率相比,研究组明显偏高(P<0.05);参照组中有7例患者经斜面或者是冠状面检查确诊为隐匿性骨折,有30例经横断面检查确诊为隐匿性骨折;研究组的T1WI序列和T2WI序列均表现有不规则低信号带,呈现出条状。结论:在隐匿性腰椎骨折的临床诊断中可以先应用CT检查,待检查结果不明显的情况下再为患者展开MRI检查,如此一来可以有效提升患者的诊断准确率,有利于为患者的后续临床治疗工作提供重要决策依据。

Objective To compare the application effect of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of hidden lumbar spine fracture.Methods a total of 88 patients with hidden lumbar fractures treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected to carry out this study.All the patients were divided into the reference group and the study group by random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.CT examination was performed in the reference group,MRI examination was performed in the study group,and the diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The positive detection rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the reference group,7 patients were confirmed as occult fractures by oblique or coronal examination,and 30 patients were confirmed as occult fractures by crosssectional examination.The T1WI and T2WI sequences of the study group showed irregular low signal bands,showing stripes.Conclusion CT examination can be applied first in the clinical diagnosis of hidden lumbar fracture,and MRI examination can be carried out when the examination results are not obvious.In this way,the diagnostic accuracy of patients can be effectively improved,which is beneficial to provide important decision basis for the follow-up clinical treatment of patients.
