头颈部CT血管造影、磁共振弥散加权成像及ABCD2评分在短暂性脑缺血发作中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:针对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)群体,在预后评估中应用ABCD2评分、头颈部磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)及CT血管造影(CTA),主要是研究其临床价值。方法:将我院70例TIA患者(2017年1月—2020年1月间)纳入研究,全部病例均接受ABCD2量表评分、头颈部磁共振DWI及CTA检查。根据发病后7d之内TIA患者是否发展为脑梗死可分为34例脑梗死组与36例非脑梗死组,比较两组头颈动脉的狭窄程度和ABCD2评分。结果:可以看出,脑梗死组相对来说头颈动脉的狭窄程度与非脑梗死组组间对比更高,且ABCD2评分也更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对TIA群体,在预后评估中应用ABCD2评分、头颈部磁共振DWI及CTA有助于早期预测脑梗死,临床价值较高。 Objective For the transient ischemic attack(TIA)population,use ABCD2 score,head and neck magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)and CT angiography(CTA)in the prognosis assessment,mainly to study its clinical value.Methods Seventy patients with TIA in our hospital(between January 2017 and January 2020)were enrolled in the study.All cases received ABCD2 scale score,head and neck magnetic resonance DWI and CTA examination.According to whether TIA patients developed cerebral infarction within 7 days after the onset,they were divided into 34 cerebral infarction group and 36 non-cerebral infarction group.The stenosis of the head and carotid arteries and the ABCD2 score of the two groups were compared.Results It can be seen that the degree of stenosis of the head and carotid artery in the cerebral infarction group is relatively higher than that in the non-cerebral infarction group,and the ABCD2 score is also higher,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the TIA population,the use of ABCD2 score,head and neck magnetic resonance DWI and CTA in the prognosis assessment can help early prediction of cerebral infarction,and has high clinical value.
