摘要
互联网技术的发展,为师范类高校开展“互联网+支教”拓展了新局面,打破了时间空间限制,起到有效整合资源、改善教育认知、促进教育公平的作用,但仍存在对接不精准、教学质量有待提升及评价反馈不够及时等问题。笔者从政策、技术、地方、学生等角度尝试建立精准识别对接、统筹合作共享、示范宣传推广、科学培训评价等机制,探索师范类高校“云支教”的精准化和高效化发展路径,充分发挥师范类高校丰富的支教资源优势,形成“互联网+支教”的线上志愿服务强大合力和长期运行模式。
The development of Internet technology has brought new prospect for carrying out"Internet+volunteer teaching"in normal colleges and universities.however,though it has borken the time and space constraints,effectively integrated the teaching resources,enhanced the educational cognition,and promoted the educational equity,there are still some problems regarding it,such as inaccurate docking,and belated feedback and the teaching quality needing to be improved.From the perspective of policies,technologies,localities and students,the author tries to establish mechanisms intended for precise identification and docking,coordinated cooperation and sharing,publicity and promotion of the good sample,and scientific training and evaluation,so as to find a precise and efficient development path for the"Internet+volunteer teaching"in normal universities,which may give full play to the advantages of the abundant volunteer teaching resources of normal universities,and help to form a strong synergy and long-term operation mode of online volunteer service of"Internet+volunteer education".
