模因论视域下《江城子·密州出猎》英译本比读

A Comparative Study on Two English Versions of JIANG CHENG ZI·Going Hunting in Mizhou from the Perspective of Memetics

模因作为文化基因,主要寓于语言之中。以模因论为理论基础,对苏轼词《江城子·密州出猎》的两个英译本进行比读,分析哪个英译本更好地复制并传播了原词中的模因,探索有效的翻译策略,以期为中国古典诗词英译研究提供一点参考。

Memes,as cultural genes,mainly reside in language.Based on memetics,the paper tries to make a comparative analysis on two English versions of JIANG CHENG ZI·Going Hunting in Mizhou written by Su Shi in order to find out which English version better reproduced and spread the memes of the original poem.It aims to explore effective translation strategies in order to provide some reference for the research on English translation of Chinese classical poetry.
