县域工业经济“腾笼换鸟”创新发展策略探析——以福建省将乐县为例

An Analysis on the Innovative Development Strategy of"Vacating the Cage to Change the Bird"for the County Industrial Economy——A Case Study of Jiele County of Fujian Province

县域经济如何加快创新,实现工业高质量发展,成为各地政府工作的重中之重。本文以专题调研为基础,分析了县域工业经济的发展现状,同时,以“腾笼换鸟”为突破口,从机制、平台和环境等视角探索县域工业经济发展创新策略及可行性路径,为实现县域工业经济高质量发展提供参考。

To accelerate the innovation of county economy and realize high-quality development of industry has become the top priority of local governments.Based on a thematic research,this paper analyzes the development status of the county-level industrial economy.Further,taking"Vacating the Cage to Change the Bird"as the breakthrough point,it explores for innovative strategies and feasible paths for the development of county industrial economy from the perspectives of mechanism,platform and environment,which provides reference for the realization of high-quality development of county industrial economy.
