摘要
为了使学生更好地掌握齿轮齿廓的加工过程,设计了一种基于范成法原理的滚齿机教具。该滚齿机为对称结构设计,利用轮系分路传动的特点,同步带动滚刀与蜡模转动,连续切制齿轮蜡模,将齿根圆角和渐开线的形成过程直观展现,同时还可以加工变位齿轮,展示根切现象。通过UG建立三维模型,利用ADAMS进行运动仿真,经过仿真模拟分析与样机加工测试,结果表明,该滚齿机达到预期传动效果,能够满足齿轮齿廓加工教学演示需求。通过使学生自己动手加工装配制作滚齿机,增强综合应用能力,提高实际动手能力,提升教学效果,提高教学质量。
In order to make students better grasp the machining process of gear tooth profile,a gear hobbing machine is designed based on the principle of generating method.Designed with symmetrical structure,the gear hobbing machine drives the hob and wax mould to rotate synchronously by using the characteristics of gear train shunt transmission,and continuously cuts the gear wax model so as to visually display the forming process of tooth root fillet and involute.Meanwhile,the modified gear can be processed to show the undercutting phenomenon.The 3D model is established by UG,and the motion simulation is carried out by ADAMS.The simulation analysis and prototype processing test show that the gear hobbing machine achieves the expected transmission effect and can meet the teaching demonstration requirements of gear profile machining.Students are required to process and assemble the gear hobbing machine by themselves so as to enhance their comprehensive application ability,practical ability,teaching effect and teaching quality.
