摘要
以深圳市坪山河整治工程淤泥处置为例,开展了河道淤泥制免烧砌块技术研究,并在研究基础上完成了国内首个成规模的淤泥资源化制免烧砌块工程应用。通过淤泥中重金属“钝化稳定-混凝土固封”无害化处理技术和淤泥免烧砌块工艺创新,当淤泥掺量达到22.7%时,生产的淤泥免烧砌块抗压强度达到53.7MPa,并且具有良好的环境安全性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀耐久性。基于该研究,在坪山河现场开展淤泥资源化工程应用,将脱水产生1.6万m3淤泥全部资源化利用并将淤泥免烧砌块回用于坪山河湿地公园建设,为坪山河整治工程节省了近千万元投资。本案例将为黑臭水体整治过程中淤泥的资源化处置提供重要参考。
Take the silt disposal in the comprehensive regulation project of the Pingshan River in Shenzhen as an example,the research on the river silt and Silt Baking-free Bricks was carried out,and on the basis of research,we have completed the first large-scale application of Silt Baking-free Bricks from silt resources in China.Through the"passivation,stability and concrete sealing"harmless treatment technology for heavy metals in the silt and the innovation of silt Baking-free Bricks molding process,when the silt content reaches 22.7%,the compressive strength of the produced Silt Baking-free Bricks reaches 53.7MPa,which has good environmental safety and durability against sulfate erosion.Based on basic research,the application of the silt resource utilization project was carried out on the Pingshan River site,and the 16,000 m3 of dehydrated sludge generated from dehydration was fully utilized as resources,and the Silt Baking-free Bricks were reused for the construction of the Pingshan River Wetland Park,saving tens of millions investment for the Pingshan River project.This case will provide an important reference for the resource disposal of silt in the treatment of black and smelly water domestic and foreign.
