河长制信息管理平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Information Management Platform of River Chief Institution

随着河长制各项工作制度的确立与实施,河长制信息化系统建设已成为支撑河长制工作的重要技术手段。从总体架构、业务流程、功能架构3个方面对河长制信息管理平台的设计与实现进行了详细阐述,以期为同类系统的建设与应用提供借鉴与参考。

With the establishment and implementation of the working institutions of river chief, the informatization system construction of the river chief institution has become an important technical means to support the work of the river chief. In this paper, we elaborated the design and implementation of the information management platform of the river chief institution from three aspects, such as the overall architecture, technical architecture and functional architecture, in order to provide a reference for the construction and application of similar systems.
