盾构法隧道预制混凝土管片弯曲试验台的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决盾构法隧道预制混凝土管片弯曲试验台自重大、运输安装不方便的技术难题。针对济南黄河盾构法隧道预制混凝土管片抗弯性能检验的基本要求,在现有试验台的基础上,提出了一种新型拉杆式内力自平衡弯曲试验台,并确定了试验台的结构构造细节和设计参数。通过简化计算和采用软件模拟分析,表明试验台整体和局部的强度、刚度和稳定性可以满足最大加载要求。经过试验应用表明,新型拉杆式内力自平衡弯曲试验台结构构造简单、安装方便、传力明确、成本较低,具有足够的安全性,可以满足预制混凝土管片抗弯性能的检验要求。然而,新型试验台虽然结构轻巧、安装方便、可利用场内既有设备完成静载试验,经济性和适用性得到一定的提升,但试验过程中加载装置的自动化、试验数据采集和处理的信息化水平偏低,因此将整个静载试验装置作为一个系统来研究将是今后研究的重点。 Tosolve technical problems of heavy weight,inconvenient transportation,and installation of the bending test rig of shield tunnel precast concrete segments section,in terms of the basic requirements,the Jinan Yellow River Shield Tunnel was studied in this regard.A new tension rod type of internal force self-balancing bending test rig was proposed,and the structural details and design parameters were determined.Through simplified calculation and software simulation analysis,it was shown that the strength,stiffness,and stability of the new test rig could meet the maximum loading requirements.The test results show that the new typed test rig with internal force is simple in structure,convenient in installation,clear in force transmission,and low in cost.Although the structure of the new test rig is reasonable,the installation is convenient,the existing equipment can be used to complete the static load test,and the economy and applicability have been improved to a certain extent,the automation of the loading device,the information level of the test data collection,and processing remain in low level.Therefore,research on the whole static load test device as a system shall be focused in the future.
