核电机柜表面处理工艺技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着人们对产品美观方面的要求越来越高,机柜不仅要满足各电气单元的组合功能条件,还要满足坚固可靠、整齐美观的要求。针对使用何种方法来处理,可以满足不同产品的表面需求这一问题,选择适合的表面处理方法。首先,介绍机柜的表面处理方法特点及工艺流程;然后,将热镀锌与冷镀锌、喷漆与喷塑的工艺、镀层结构及适用范围进行比较;最后,得出如何选择适合的表面处理方式,在基体材料表面上人工形成一层与基体的机械、物理或化学性能不同的表层。该方法为满足不同要求的机柜表面处理提供实践依据。 As people to the product beautiful respect requirement is higher and higher,the machine cabinet should satisfy the combination function condition of each electric unit not only satisfy,even firm and reliable,neat and beautiful.But which method to use to treat,can satisfy the surface demand of different product.In view of this problem,the occurrence and development of metal corrosion are studied in depth,the changing conditions of metal corrosion are analyzed,and the suitable surface treatment method is selected according to the principle of their corrosion generation and the corrosion failure form.First,from the surface of the cabinet mechanical processing,surface electrochemical treatment,surface coating,introduced the cabinet surface treatment method characteristics and technological process.Then compare the process,coating structure and applicable scope of hot dip galvanizing and cold galvanizing,spray painting and plastic spraying.Finally,how to choose suitable surface treatment to artificially form a surface layer with different mechanical,physical or chemical properties from the matrix material is obtained.This method can be used to select different requirements of the cabinet surface treatment,providing a basis for practice.
