核电厂核废物厂房总线控制系统应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 作为工控领域的成熟技术,线场总线技术的应用将是核电厂的发展趋势。为提高核电厂智能化水平、提高运行效率,有必要采用先进的总线技术对传统的仪控系统进行改进。介绍了总线仪控设备的发展现状,针对华龙一号核废物厂房控制系统,进行了总线智能仪表、执行器和远程I/O的应用分析。研究了核废物厂房总线控制系统的总体系统构架,对控制系统各部件提出了具体的要求。分析了核电厂现场总线和智能设备的应用需求,提出了核电厂总线控制系统实施过程中需要重点关注的问题。实际应用表明,作为总线控制系统在华龙一号核电厂的首次应用,核废物厂房总线控制系统能够减少设备及运维成本、提高系统精度和抗干扰能力、增强系统可靠性和可维护性。该研究是对核电厂现场总线和智能设备应用的成功探索。 As a mature technology in the field of industrial control,the application of line fieldbus technology is a development trend in nuclear power plant.In order to improve the intelligence level and operation efficiency of nuclear power plant,it is necessary to improve the traditional instrument&control system with advanced fieldbus technology.The development status of fieldbus instrumentation and control equipment are introduced,and the application of fieldbus intelligent instruments,actuators and remote I/O for the control system for radwaste building in HPR1000 is analyzed.The overall system structure of the fieldbus control system for radwaste building is studied,and specific requirements for each component of the control system are defined.The application demands of fieldbus and intelligent equipment in nuclear power plant are analyzed,and the issues that need to be focused on during the implementation of the fieldbus control system in nuclear power plant are proposed.As the first application of the fieldbus control system in HPR1000 nuclear power plants,practical application shows that the fieldbus control system for radwaste building can reduce the costs of equipment,operation and maintenance,improve control system’s accuracy and anti-jamming capabilities,and enhance control system’s reliability and maintainability.The control system is a successful exploration for application of fieldbus and intelligent device.
