摘要
低负荷运行辅机跳闸对火电机组运行的安全性有较大影响。低负荷辅机跳闸控制是火电机组灵活性运行的重要因素。在开展机组低负荷辅机跳闸的试验基础上,对低负荷辅机跳闸的特点及当前控制策略在该工况下应用的不足进行了分析。针对现有的不足之处,提出了适用于机组低负荷运行工况的风机、制粉系统及给水泵跳闸的新型控制策略及逻辑设计思路,并指出了其中的关键点。该控制策略应用于火电机组,在实际生产过程中成功应对低负荷辅机跳闸工况,验证了控制策略的有效性。所提出的控制策略可应用于不同类型的火电机组,并为火电机组灵活性运行的成套控制策略设计提供借鉴。
The trip of auxiliary equipment in low load operation has a great impact on the safety of thermal power unit,so the control of auxiliary equipment trip in low load operation is vitally important for the thermal power unit flexible operation.On the basis of the unit low load auxiliary equipment trip test,the characteristics of low load auxiliary equipment trip and the deficiency of current control strategy in this condition is analyzed.Considering the existing shortcomings,a new control strategy and logic design idea for the unit low load operation trip of fan,pulverizing system and feed water pump is proposed,and the key points are also pointed out.This control strategy is applied for a thermal power unit,and the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified in the actual production process.The proposed control strategy can be applied to different types of thermal power units,and can be used for reference in the design of complete control strategy for flexible operation of thermal power units.
