抑郁症患者血清鸢尾素水平与认知功能的关系

The relationship between the level of serum Irisin and cognitive function in patients with depression

目的探讨抑郁症患者血清鸢尾素水平与认知功能的关系。方法选取217例抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)评估抑郁严重程度,将研究对象分为三组,轻度组(80例)、中度组(65例)、重度组(72例);采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估认知功能受损程度;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清鸢尾素水平。结果轻度组、中度组、重度组HAMD-24评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步比较发现,三组HAMD-24评分依次升高(P<0.05)。轻度组、中度组、重度组MoCA总分及视空间与执行功能、命名、注意力、语言能力、抽象能力、延迟回忆因子分和血清鸢尾素水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步比较发现,三组MoCA总分及视空间与执行功能、命名、注意力、语言能力、抽象能力、延迟回忆因子分和血清鸢尾素水平均依次降低(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,抑郁症患者血清鸢尾素水平与HAMD-24评分呈负相关(P<0.05),与MoCA评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论鸢尾素与抑郁症及认知功能受损密切相关,可能用来评估病情发展,也为治疗抑郁症提供临床依据。

Objective To explore the relationship between the level of serum Irisin and cognitive function in patients with depression.Methods A total of 217 patients with depression were selected and divided into mild group(80 cases),moderate group(65 cases)and severe group(72 cases)according to their scores of 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24)and assessed with Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA).The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the level of Irisin in serum.Results There existed significant difference in the total scores of HAMD-24 among three groups(P<0.05),and the total scores of HAMD-24 were mild group<moderate group<severe group(P<0.05).There existed significant differences in the total scores and factor scores of visual space,executive function,naming,attention,language ability,abstract ability,delayed memory of MoCA as well as the levels of serum Irisin among three groups(P<0.05),and these data were mild group>moderate group>severe group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the level of serum Irisin was negatively correlated with the total score of HAMD-24(P<0.05),and positively correlated with the total score of MoCA(P<0.05).Conclusion Irisin is closely related to depression and cognitive impairment,which may be used to evaluate the development of disease,and provide clinical basis for the treatment of depression.
