摘要
为了解决爆炸反应装甲殉爆、伤己的问题,同时不降低其对聚能射流的干扰能力,在双层楔形爆炸反应装甲的基础上,建立复合装甲与爆炸反应装甲的正交组合结构模型。通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行三维数值模拟仿真。研究结果表明:双层爆炸反应装甲对聚能射流侵彻深度能力具有较好的干扰效果;上层爆炸反应装甲、下层复合装甲的组合,对聚能射流侵彻深度能力的干扰效果虽然下降了5%,但不会出现伤及自身主战坦克装甲的可能。文中所述的数值模拟过程及结论为双层装甲的优化提供一定参考。
In order to solve the problem of sympathetic detonation and self harming of explosive reactive armor,at the same time,not reduce the interference ability of energy cumulative jet,based on the double-deck wedge-shaped explosive reactive armor,an orthogonal composite structure model of composite armor and explosive reactive armor was established.Three dimensional numerical simulation was carried out by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The results show that the double-deck explosive reactive armor has better interference effect on the penetration ability of energy cumulative jet.The interference effect of the combination of the upper explosive reactive armor and the lower composite armor on the penetration ability of energy cumulative jet is decreased by 5%,and there is no possibility of damaging its own main battle tank armor.The numerical simulation process and conclusions in this paper provide certain reference for the optimization of doubledeck armor.
