The efficacies of Cannabis sativa leaf extract and hemp seed oil have been reviewed,including anti-aging,anti-oxidation,moisturizing,tyrosinase inhibitory activity,ultraviolet radiation protection,anti-bacteria,wound healing,anti-edema and antiinflammatory efficacies.The potential therapeutic values of cannabis extract on skin pruritus and acne have also been summarized.The paper provides the reference for further development and utilization of cannabis extract in cosmetics and skin-related fields.
