摘要
随着学习科学的发展,深度学习成为研究热点,教师作为学生学习活动的激发者和促进者,对其进行深度学习的考察分析,是优化课堂教学效果与促进学生发生深度学习的有效途径。培训是教师进行系统学习的主要方式,研究教师在培训中的深度学习对教师发展意义重大,深度学习的表现在于实现知识的迁移运用,而知识的掌握程度、习得过程直接影响知识迁移水平。SECI模型的四个阶段恰好展现了知识由浅入深的习得过程,对知识创生和发展具有指导性意义,因此依据SECI模型四个知识转化阶段,将深度学习的目标渗透于每一阶段的具体行动中,划分培训路径为情感交流、学习过程、学习结果、社会环境四层,针对每层提出具体的促进教师深度学习的相关策略,为在培训中促进教师深度学习提供参考,同时为深度学习知识的发展提供研究思路。
With the development of learning science,deep learning has become a research hotspot.Teachers,as the motivators and promoters of students′learning activities,carry out the investigation and analysis of deep learning,which is an effective way to optimize the classroom teaching effect and promote students to have deep learning.Training is the main way for teachers to carry out systematic learning.It is of great significance to study the deep learning of teachers in training for teachers′development.The performance of deep learning is to realize the transfer and application of knowledge,and the degree of knowledge mastery and acquisition process directly affect the level of knowledge transfer.The four stages of SECI model just show the process of knowledge acquisition from the shallow to the deep,which is of guiding significance to the creation and development of knowledge.So this article on the basis of SECI model four knowledge transformation stage,to penetrate deep learning goals in each stage of concrete action,divide training path for:affective interaction,learning process,learning outcome,social environment four layers,Specific strategies for promoting teachers′deep learning are proposed for each level,providing references for promoting teachers′deep learning in training and providing research ideas for the development of deep learning knowledge.
