水热合成法制备镍/碳球复合材料及其电化学性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation of nickel/carbon sphere composites by hydrothermal method and the investigation of its electrochemical properties

摘要 以葡萄糖为碳源,通过水热合成法制备粒径约100nm的碳球,其表面羟基含量高,利用化学还原法将Ni2+与羟基络合后再进行还原,制得在碳微球上负载Ni的复合催化剂,并将其应用于甲醇的电催化氧化。通过SEM、XRD等对Ni/C材料进行表征,利用循环伏安法测定Ni/C材料在NaOH溶液和NaOH与CH3OH的混合溶液中的电化学性能。NiCl2浓度在1.0mol·L^-1的时候得到的Ni/C材料性能最好,浓度过高会使复合材料发生团聚、过低会使Ni含量降低,都会使性能降低。Ni/C材料对甲醇的分解有催化作用。 Using glucose as the carbon source,carbon spheres with a particle size of about 100 nm was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.The surface of carbon spheres has a high content of hydroxyl groups.Ni2+is complexed with hydroxyl groups by chemical reduction method and then reduced to prepare a composite catalyst loaded with Ni on carbon microspheres and applied to the electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol.The Ni/C composites were characterized by SEM,XRD,etc.,and the electrochemical performance of the Ni/C composites in NaOH solution and the mixed solution of NaOH and CH3OH was determined by cyclic voltammetry.The Ni/C composites have the best performance when NiCl2 concentration is1.0mol·L^-1.If the NiCl2 concentration is too high,the composites will agglomerate,and if it is too low,the Ni content will be reduced,then the electrochemical performance of the Ni/C composites will be reduced.The Ni/C composites have a catalytic effect on the decomposition of methanol.
